Tracey L. Kiernan is an Associate in the New York office of Advocates for Justice Chartered Attorneys.
Ms. Kiernan graduated magna cum laude from the National University of Ireland Galway, Ireland in 2003 and obtained a Masters of Law from University of Edinburgh, Scotland where she majored in International Criminal Law.
After graduating, Ms. Kiernan worked at McCann Fitzgerald, a top five Irish Law Firm, as a Legal Executive. In 2007, she took the New York Bar Exam and returned to Ireland and qualified as a solicitor and member of the Law Society of Ireland.
While in Ireland, Ms. Kiernan practiced criminal and civil litigation, matrimonial, employment and personal injury law. In 2009, she also worked in criminal defense at the Law Offices of Murray Richman in Bronx, New York. Most recently Ms. Kiernan worked as the Legal Advisor to the Registrar of the Dental Council of Ireland in Dublin, before moving back to New York in 2011.
Ms. Kiernan joined Advocates for Justice Chartered Attorneys in November 2011 and has represented clients in criminal defense, employment and labor, and civil rights matters. She has advocated for many union clients and private clients in need of representation. She is very happy to fight the good fight for those who need a voice.
