Rule TWU Rep Was ‘Sexist’ But Didn’t Harass Supervisor
Published: November 3, 2014 Publication: The Chief By Sarah Dorsey A union representative did not sexually harass a supervisor but merely made “inappropriate sexist remarks,” an arbitrator ruled last week, denying the Metropolitan Transportation Authority the right to fire him.
