Published: April 20, 2015 Publication: The Chief By Mark Toor Regional officials of the Communications Workers of America have ordered a runoff election for Local 1182, which represents Traffic Enforcement Agents. A segment of the union had wanted the election, held last December, to be redone from scratch.
